What is BioThane®️?
BioThane is a PVC-coated polyester webbing that has been referred to as "vegan leather". It is waterproof, stink-proof, and stain resistant! For the most part, stains can be removed with soap and water, but in the rare case of a tough stain, use rubbing alcohol! Be careful about using harsh chemicals like DEET, which can deteriorate the material!
How do I find my dog's proper size?
Sizing for collars is determined by the size of your dog's neck. Take a soft tape measure and put it around your dog's neck where the collar sits. If you don't have a soft measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure it with a tape measure or ruler. For measuring for a slip collar, measure the largest part of your dogs head and the size of their neck! Our Martingale collars have release buckles so they do not need to slip over the dog's head.
How long do orders take to make?
Due to our Design Your Own feature, our products are mostly made when orders are placed. To allow us enough time, we say 7-14 days for production. If you need something sooner than later, email us before you order, and we can give you an accurate timeline!
What kind of hardware is used?
We use solid brass, stainless steel, and coated black hardware. \We source all of our hardware locally to support other small businesses in our area. If there are issues with hardware breaking, we will be more than happy to help you out and fix/replace your gear. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality over anything else!
